Moi Moi is a West African / Pan-African restaurant founded by Chef Howsoon “H.O.” Cham, originally from The Gambia. While Gambian by origin, Moi Moi embraces a broader West African umbrella—offering Nigerian, Liberian, and Gambian fare among others. On the menu, you’ll find dishes such as jollof rice, suya, okra stews, and fusion interpretations combining West African spices with familiar flavors.
